How do Via's packages differ from each other?
At Via, we offer an unlimited request model across all our services. Once you subscribe to one of our packages, we'll collaborate with you to prioritise your needs and commence work on your tasks in the agreed sequence.

For subscribers of our Standard Package, we focus intensively on one task at a time, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and quality. On the other hand, our Enterprise Package is designed to expedite your project's momentum by tackling two tasks concurrently.

Rest assured, the shift in our approach does not compromise the quality of work; it's simply our way of adapting to your project's scale and urgency more effectively.

What development services are included in Via's subscription plans?
Included in your Via subscription:

–  No Code Development for WordPress and Semplice sites.

While Shopify development isn't covered, we offer introductions to trusted Shopify Partners we've collaborated with on many projects, ensuring expert development for your project. Alternatively, we're equipped to work seamlessly with your existing teams.

What programs do you use for design?
We mainly use Figma for its collaborative features. For specialised tasks, we also use After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to cater to various design needs.

Is there any design work you don't cover?
Excluded from Via's subscription are:

–  3D Modeling
–  Animated Graphics (e.g., GIFs)
–  Specific Document Design (e.g., Medical Forms)
–  Intricate Packaging Design
–  Large-Scale Print Projects (e.g., Magazines, Books)

What fees are excluded from the Via subscription fee?
Your Via subscription covers our services, but does not include third-party costs such as Shopify subscriptions, Shopify theme costs, font licenses, website hosting, or Semplice costs, among others. These additional expenses, required as per the specifics of your project, are separate from our fee and are the client's responsibility on top of our subscription. We advise planning for these necessary costs, as applicable, to ensure a smooth project development process.

Is there a limit on the number of requests I can submit?
No, there's no limit. With Via, you're welcome to submit as many design requests as you wish. For our Sprint and Standard Packages, we tackle requests sequentially, one at a time, to maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail. For those on our Enterprise Package, we increase project momentum by working on two tasks simultaneously.

Our approach ensures that, regardless of the package, we closely align with your priorities and efficiently advance through tasks in sequence, adapting our strategy to your project's needs without ever compromising on the quality of our work.

What if I only have a single request?
Consider opting for a Sprint or Standard subscription for a single month and pausing it at the cycle's end, keeping our 7-day notice period in mind. You're welcome to reactivate your subscription when more needs arise.

How do I request designs?
We use Notion for our design requests. This platform allows us to effectively manage and track your projects. When submitting a request, please include any external links that might be relevant to your project, such as Google Docs for written content or Loom videos for detailed briefs. This approach ensures our design team has all the necessary information to accurately fulfill your needs.

What if I'm not satisfied with the designs?
While it’s rare for our clients to not align with the initial designs, we understand the importance of getting it just right. This is why we engage in detailed discussions about your project's needs and vision beforehand. If adjustments are needed, we offer revisions until you're fully satisfied with the outcome.

 
How does the pause feature work?
Pausing your subscription acts as a temporary stop, ideal for times when you won't need our services temporarily. To pause, simply cancel your subscription at the end of your current billing cycle, observing our 7-day notice policy. You won’t be billed, and your account stays active for when you choose to return.

To pause:
  1. Sign in to Stripe with your subscription email.

To resume:
  1. Log back into Stripe.
  2. Renew your subscription to reactivate your services.
This streamlined process allows you to manage your subscription flexibly, ensuring you can easily come back when ready.

When and how can I cancel my subscription?
For a smooth service adjustment and resource management, we operate under a 7-day cancellation notice policy.

To pause or cancel your subscription, simply:

  1. Sign in directly to Stripe using the email address tied to your subscription.
    2. Once logged in, you'll find options to either pause or cancel your subscription.
